§ · Edition

One table, in Australian dollars.

Coord is priced for the person who holds the card: the coordinator. Everyone they work with is free.1 Every new organisation gets forty-five days of Coordinator Pro without a card, and then a Free plan that stays useful.2

Every self-serve charge sits under the common purchasing-card ceiling, and the ten-seat School pack lands under A$2,000, so a Head of School can approve it without a procurement round.6 Annual plans may anchor their renewal to 1 February to match the academic year.

§ 2 · Credit packs

Prepaid, never surprise-metered.

Top-ups for paid plans; credits expire after twelve months

There is no overage. When an allowance runs out the feature pauses and says so; nothing is charged to a personal card without a purchase.

§ 3 · The fine print, set large

Eight things worth knowing before you pay.

A seat is a coordinator.
A seat belongs to a person who runs offerings or programs. Seats on School and University plans can be reassigned by the admin when a coordinator changes.4
A collaborator is free.
Tutors, markers, moderators, external guests and co-coordinators you invite to an offering never need a seat, on any plan.1
Forty-five days of Pro, no card.
Every new organisation starts on Coordinator Pro. After forty-five days it becomes the Free plan, never a locked one.2
Amnesty on expansion.
When a School or University plan absorbs someone who already paid for Pro, the unused time is credited pro rata. Nobody is punished for paying first.
Fourteen days to change your mind.
The first annual purchase carries a fourteen-day money-back guarantee. Ask by email; no form.
Cancel in the app.
Self-serve plans are cancelled from Settings and run to the end of the paid period. Your export is available before and after.
Tax.
Self-serve prices include GST and a tax invoice is issued at payment. Institutional plans are quoted and invoiced ex GST. Work-related software may be tax-deductible; ask your accountant, and keep the invoice.37
Estimates, not payable.
Hour and cost figures in the team ledger are labelled estimates. Payroll is the system of record; Coord is the evidence.

Notes

  1. The coordinator seat is the unit of value; tutors, markers, moderators, guests and co-coordinators are free collaborators on every plan. Coord pricing strategy §1–3.
  2. Every new organisation gets forty-five days of Coordinator Pro without a card, then the Free plan. Coord pricing strategy §1.
  3. Australian Consumer Law requires a single total price for consumer sales, so self-serve prices are shown inclusive of GST; invoiced institutional plans are quoted ex GST. Competition and Consumer Act 2010, Schedule 2, s 48.
  4. Seats and reassignment as defined in the plan entitlements. Coord pricing strategy §3.
  5. AI output is always a labelled draft that requires explicit acceptance; student names and identifiers are pseudonymised before any model sees them. Coord engineering conventions §2.10; architecture decision #12.
  6. University purchasing-card policies commonly cap single transactions at a low value; Charles Sturt's policy describes card purchases as “generally low value (< $3,000)”. Charles Sturt University, Corporate Credit Card Policy; sector purchasing-card policies reviewed September 2026.
  7. Work-related and self-education expenses may be deductible; written evidence is required above A$300 in total. Australian Taxation Office guidance on work-related and self-education expenses.
